Delete your account

Two ways to permanently delete your STAT Edutech / Sankalp account and the personal data we hold for you. Both honour the same retention rules described in the Privacy Policy. This page exists, in particular, so that anyone can request deletion without installing the app — a Google Play Developer Policy requirement.

In a hurry?

Email grievance@tristack.tech from the address on your account with the subject line Account deletion request. We respond within seven working days and complete deletion within thirty.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app or website

If you can sign in, this is the fastest option. You stay in control end-to-end and the deletion is immediate.

  1. Open Sankalp on your phone or visit statedutech.com and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings (the gear icon in the sidebar, or /settings in the URL bar).
  3. Scroll to Delete account at the bottom of the page.
  4. Tap Delete my account…, then type DELETE in the confirmation box and tap Permanently delete.
  5. You will be signed out automatically. The data deletion is committed in the same request — there is no waiting period.

Option 2 — Email request (no sign-in needed)

Use this if you cannot sign in (lost password, lost access to your registered email, or you never installed the app and want a deletion record on file).

  1. Email grievance@tristack.tech.
  2. Subject: Account deletion request.
  3. In the body, include the registered email address, the parent or teacher name on file, and (if you remember) the school subdomain.
  4. We may ask one verification question (e.g. the date of your last quiz, or the child’s class) to confirm you control the account.
  5. Once verified, we delete the account within seven working days and email you a confirmation.

School-managed accounts (students & teachers)

Students and teachers whose accounts were created by a school principal cannot self-delete from the app — the principal owns the roster. To request deletion of a school-managed account, ask your school’s principal first. If the school is unresponsive, email grievance@tristack.tech and we will follow up with the school on your behalf. We honour all such requests within thirty days under Section 11 of the Privacy Policy.

Reactivation

Deletion is irreversible. If you change your mind after deleting, you will need to create a new account — the old quiz history cannot be restored.
